Qontaktly started because the people running boutique hotels, hostels, and guesthouses deserved software that actually understood how they work, not an enterprise tool priced for a 200 room chain.
Our story
Qontaktly began as an internal tool. The team had been running properties in Bali and Bangkok, juggling four different apps just to keep up with guest messages, channel updates, and housekeeping.
Every PMS on the market either charged $17 to $29 per unit, unaffordable for a 30 room hostel, or was missing the fundamentals like WhatsApp messaging and a commission free booking engine.
We built our own. Other operators asked for it. Now it runs properties across Asia, Europe, and the Americas, and ships new features every week.
